1. Services

Hawaii Bin Cleaning provides residential and commercial bin cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, and optional pressure washing add-on services. Services may be completed curbside using specialized cleaning equipment and route-based scheduling.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Bins must be empty, accessible, and placed curbside or in the agreed service location.
• Customers are responsible for removing personal items, hazardous materials, loose trash, and prohibited waste from bins before service.
• Locked gates, blocked bins, animals, unsafe conditions, or full bins may prevent service.

3. Scheduling and Missed Service

Service dates may be scheduled based on neighborhood routes, trash pickup timing, weather, traffic, and operational availability. Missed services caused by inaccessible or full bins may be charged, skipped, or rescheduled according to the active service plan.

4. Billing and Customer Platforms

Online booking, account management, billing, and customer information may be handled through third-party platforms such as Jobber, Jobatory, Urable, payment processors, or similar systems. Those platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Pressure Washing Add-Ons

Pressure washing add-ons are subject to quote approval, surface condition, water access, safety, and scheduling availability. Stains, damaged concrete, fragile surfaces, oxidation, and pre-existing damage may limit results.

6. Results and Limitations

We work to provide a cleaner and fresher bin, but some stains, discoloration, cracks, etched surfaces, permanent odors, or damage may remain. We do not guarantee a bin will look new after service.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by plan. Recurring customers should request changes before the route date whenever possible.
